WHAT'S A MOBILE
SENSORY ROOM?
Sensory Space is a fully mobile sensory room intentionally designed to support autistic children and individuals with sensory processing differences.
As a business owned and operated by parents of a neurodivergent child, we have a deep, personal understanding of the unique challenges families face when trying to navigate loud or crowded community events.
That is why we created a safe, adaptable environment where everyone can feel comfortable taking the time they need to regulate their senses before rejoining their families.
Whether you are seeking a quiet moment of calm or a more engaging, tactile experience, Sensory Space is uniquely flexible to meet your specific sensory needs in the moment.
You can book our mobile unit for community events, birthday parties, or special visits to your school, church, or therapy center.

Many individuals may feel overwhelmed by the noise and crowds at events. Our sensory room provides an inclusive space where people can take the time they need to regulate their senses before rejoining their family and friends at your community event.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Host a birthday party that your child will always remember with our multisensory experience! Whether you're celebrating with one child or a hundred, please note that we recommend a maximum of six kids at a time inside the sensory room for the best experience.

Our staff remains on site for the duration of your booking. After a demonstration of the space, we will exit the room so you can enjoy the space privately. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or caregiver who understands their unique needs and developmental capabilities.

Food, drinks, and gum are not allowed at any time, and shoes are not permitted in the ball pit. Please be respectful of the sensory equipment.
How many people are allowed in the trailer at once?
Our trailer comfortably accommodates up to ten people at a time. While it’s not a strict rule to keep it under ten guests, we recommend that larger parties or classrooms enjoy the space in shifts.
Are the trailer and equipment wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have a wheelchair ramp for safe entry and exit from the sensory trailer. Our interactive wall panels can be controlled with a wireless lap controller or through sound for those who cannot reach the wall panel buttons.
Do I need a special parking space for the trailer?
We need a safe, level parking area. A parking lot works for most events, while non-busy residential streets are acceptable for home visits. If your parking situation isn’t ideal, we suggest obtaining permission from a local school or church to use their parking lot.
Can you theme the experience for a birthday party or special event?
Yes! We can have your favorite music playing when you enter the room, change the lighting to a favorite color, and even offer themed outdoor sensory table experiences for an additional $100 upon request.
